2.9 SIGNIFICANT CHANGES DURING THE REPORTING PERIOD REGARDING SIZE, STRUCTURE, OR OWNERSHIP
On June 21, 2012, Agilent acquired Dako, and on Sept 12, 2012, the company created a fourth business group called the Diagnostics and Genomics Group. DGG comprises Agilent's Genomics Solutions Division and Dako. More information about the Dako acquisition is available at the Agilent Newsroom.
