Avida Methyl 3400 DMR Cancer panel: target approximately 3400 differentially methylated regions (DMRs). These DMR have been curated for their ability to detect presence of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) from normal across solid cancers.
Avida DNA Focused Cancer Panel: cover hotspots and exons for 14 key genes in oncology. This highly focused design enables an optimal recovery with a small amount of sequencing.
Avida DNA Expanded Cancer Panel: cover 105 relevant genes in oncology with a panel whose content and size are ideal for liquid biopsy.
Avida DNA Discovery Cancer Panel: cover more than 680 genes of interest for biomarker discovery and assessment in oncology. This 2.7 Mb panel targets key classes of somatic mutations relevant for translational research: SNVs, CNVs, and translocations.
Avida cancer panels can be used as relevant with the Avida DNA and Methyl reagent kits. DNA cancer panels may be matched with the 3400 DMR Cancer panel for use with the Avida Duo Methyl reagent kit.
