As senior vice president and chief information officer (CIO), John is responsible for leading Agilent’s global information technology function to enhance the customer experience, drive operational excellence and enable world-class product technology. John also is responsible for the security of Agilent’s information assets. John has been CIO since 2016.
Prior to his current role, John was vice president of Agilent IT Infrastructure Services, where he was responsible for Agilent’s global Compute, Network, Collaboration and Engineering Services environment, including strategy, architecture, development and operations. John was also associate vice president of Agilent IT Application Services, where he led transformation, architecture, development and maintenance of enabling technologies and processes. John also has held positions in R&D, marketing, manufacturing and financial processes and systems.
John has been with Agilent since the company spun-off from Hewlett-Packard in 1999. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business and information systems from the University of Arizona.
