Cary 610/620 FTIR 显微镜（停产）
取代 Cary 600 系列的是 8700 LDIR 激光红外成像系统。激光红外成像 (LDIR) 采用量子级联激光器 (QCL) 结合快速扫描光学元件，取代了传统 FTIR 成像系统基于碳化硅棒的干涉仪和焦平面阵列检测器，可使分子成像更快速、更简单。Agilent 8700 LDIR 激光红外成像系统提供了高质量成像与光谱数据，有助于完成药物片剂、微塑料、多层包装材料、组织与纤维的组成分析。
