CISH Probes

This section includes biotinylated DNA probes intended for the detection of Human Papillomavirus (HPV) DNA and oligonucleotide-based DNA and PNA probes conjugated with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) intended for the detection of Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) RNA and Kappa and Lambda mRNA by chromogenic in situ hybridization (CISH). The oligonucleotide-based DNA probes are designed for use on Dako Omnis whereas the PNA probes are for manual use. The probes are recommended to be used on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue specimens.
