E-Invoicing and E-Payment ExpectationsIt is Agilent's expectation that suppliers will utilize electronic means of invoicing Agilent and that Agilent will pay suppliers electronically. For direct materials suppliers the expectation is that suppliers will utilize "Evaluated Receipt Settlement" whereby a goods receipt will generate a self-billing invoice. For indirect materials and services suppliers are expected to utilize the OB10 e-invoicing solution. Payment will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Agilent's requirements will be articulated in any request for proposal issued and will be part of Agilent standard terms and conditions of business. Agilent Technologies |
