If you are a customer in China, we will collect, store, use and transfer your name, email, telephone number, office address, workplace and title, subject to the types of personal data you share with us;

Where applicable, Agilent uses appropriate mechanisms for the cross-border transfer of personal data, including an Intercompany Agreement on the Processing and Transfer of Personal Data (Standard Contract for the Outbound Transfer of Personal Information) which is executed by Agilent's global affiliates.
