Jim is focused on Pharmaceutical FDA (GMP / GLP) regulated laboratories for Data Integrity, Instrument Qualification (USP <1058> AIQ) and Computer System Validation (21 CFR Part 11 / GAMP 5) compliance.

Jim holds degrees in Chemistry and Biology with over 25 years of regulated industry experience.

Phil holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry as well as an MBA and has a background in Analytical Chemistry.

Laura holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Analytical Chemistry from Virginia Tech and has extensive experience with scientific workflows, laboratory operations, and adult learning.

Philippe focuses primarily on CrossLab Enterprise Services and how to effectively leverage core capabilities of Asset Performance Management.

Philippe holds a master's degree in biotechnology from the University of Pennsylvania and has extensive experience running molecular biology laboratories in human genetics.

Grayson focuses on laboratory relocations and multi-vendor instrument services, working to ensure customers have an experienced partner to help navigate changing circumstances. Grayson is committed to unpacking the questions in today’s laboratories, from rethinking service strategies to understanding growth plans and beyond. He holds a B.A. in English from Trevecca Nazarene University.
