ICP-MS Arsenic Speciation Kit
Agilent has developed the arsenic speciation kit for LC-ICP-MS for quick, accurate assessment of arsenic toxicity. The kit links Agilent LC to the Agilent ICP-MS systems, and enables analysis of individual arsenic species. A validated analytical method is included, together with a speciation column for arsenic speciation in either drinking water or urine.

Features
- A complete, proven speciation solution with the ability to analyze low concentrations of potentially harmful arsenic species in water samples or urine, as required by current legislation.
- A fast and efficient analysis method that separates and quantifies all the common inorganic and organic arsenic species in just 10 minutes.
- Excellent peak separation from the optimized chromatographic method, and high matrix tolerance provided by the robust plasma of the Agilent ICP-MS systems.
- The standard helium mode of the Agilent ICP-MS systems reliably removes the ArCl interference on As, caused by the high concentrations of chloride that may be present in urine and some water samples.
- For a fully integrated LC-ICP-MS configuration, the As speciation kit should be used with ICP-MS MassHunter software, enabling full LC control, integrated sequencing, and real-time data analysis with QC.
