The Agilent microplate reader accessory turns the Agilent Cary Eclipse fluorescence spectrophotometer into a high throughput microplate reader in less than 30 seconds, for high throughput fluorescence measurements. It provides full wavelength scanning with excellent sensitivity using reflective optics.

Features
- Perform high speed measurements, 96 wells in less than 50 seconds, 384 wells in less than 90 seconds
- Full wavelength scanning: Fluorescence, phosphorescence, bioluminescence, chemiluminescence, and time-resolved delayed fluorescence modes
- Flexible software: Works with single, multiple/average, wavelength scanning, and continuous kinetics modes or customize with the built-in Applications Development Language (ADL)
- Small samples: Optical design measures minute quantities on sides or base of wells
- Adjust the image spot down to 2 mm in diameter for nonstandard microplates
- Auto-align: Aligns excitation beam on the microplate in only one minute
- X-Y transport: Use the accessory as X-Y transport for gels, films, and solids
