Oil Mist Eliminators & Cartridges for Rotary Vane Pumps
Similar products allow only for the exhausted gases to be vented to the room in which the pump is operating. The Agilent oil mist eliminator includes a NW25 connection to allow gases to be routed elsewhere for exhaust.

- For many applications the DS-series pumps are operating at or near their base pressure, with little or no gas load. In this use case, there is a slight oil mist, or 'smoke' emitted from the pump exhaust.
- The Agilent oil mist eliminator provides an easy method of preventing this mist form coating the pump and the surrounding area, potentially creating a hazard, and a mess.
- The oil mist eliminator has a replaceable filter element that collects the oil vapor creating the mist and recondenses the mist into a liquid which then drips back down into the pump exhaust port to return to the pump oil supply.
- For applications where there is a higher gas load, the Agilent exhaust filter provides a greater degree of oil mist and droplet removal from the DS-series pump exhaust gas stream.
