IDP-10 Dry Scroll Pump
IDP pumps are hermetic, with the motor and bearings completely isolated from the vacuum path in a design that extends bearing life and provides clean, dry vacuum. IDP pumps use a single-sided scroll design that offers a 15 minute maintenance procedure with simple tools. The optional fail safe isolation valve prevents accidental contamination and adds no extra height to the pump.
