C-Reactive Protein (Turbidimetry and Nephelometry)
Polyclonal Rabbit Anti-Human C-Reactive Protein is intended for the quantitative determination of C-reactive protein (CRP) in human sample material by turbidimetry and nephelometry. The sample is mixed with the antibody solution. The resulting immune complexes are measured by turbidimetry or nephelometry. The signal generated is correlated with the concentration of CRP in the sample. By interpolation on a standard curve the concentration of CRP in the sample is calculated.
The measuring range is approximately 5-160 mg/L depending on the specific lot of the calibrator and the Application Note used.
