IgG, Specific for Gamma-Chains/HRP (Multipurpose)

Intended for the determination of human IgG in ELISA and immunoblotting. Additionally, the conjugate can be used in immunocytochemistry when IgG is abundant. For sensitive detection of IgG in tissues, Polyclonal Rabbit Anti-Human IgG, combined with EnVision+ visualization systems is recommended.

The antibody used for horseradish peroxidase conjugation reacts with the gamma-chains of human IgG. Traces of contaminating antibodies have been removed by solid-phase absorption. Cross-reaction with IgG from other species may occur.
