Jones' Basement Membrane H&E Stain Kit is used to identify basement membranes, in tissue sections cut at 2 µm, on the Artisan Link and Artisan Link Pro Staining Systems. The Bowman's capsule: black, inner basement membrane: black to gray, nuclei: blue, collagen, cytoplasm and other tissue elements: pink.
