Mass Profiler software allows comparisons between two individual samples or two sample groups. This multivariate analysis mass spec software helps you investigate sample or sample group similarities and differences and perform sample classification using Principal Component Analysis (PCA).
Mass Profiler is specifically designed for expression profiling applications such as biomarker discovery. It uses a unique feature extraction and correlation algorithm, excelling at locating all the components in even very complex peptide mixtures.
