GC Image GCxGC Software

GC Image GCxGC software is used for visualizing, analyzing, and processing information-rich data produced by comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography (GCxGC). Using data collected by Agilent OpenLab or MassHunter software, GC Image GCxGC software provides a comprehensive suite of tools for baseline correction and background subtraction, peak/blob detection and integration, and identification and quantification of both individual compounds and molecular groupings.

GC Image GCxGC software also includes extensive features for mass spectral data analysis and incorporation of MS libraries, including the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Mass Spectral Library.
