The System Activity Log, accessible from the Control Panel, offers convenient monitoring of all activities within the OpenLab system. Whether searching by application or event type, users can easily gain an overview of their OpenLab system without toggling between applications. What's more, individual file activity logs can be viewed within both OpenLab Server and OpenLab ECM XT and the System Activity Log. These enhancements make preparing for audits or inspections a breeze.

New privileges

Move and Lock

Two new functions, 'Move' and 'Lock', replace the archive function, enabling users to move files to a desired location and lock them to prevent unintentional modifications. These actions can be performed manually or scheduled.
