Our miRNA qRT-PCR detection system enables accurate and real-time PCR quantification for miRNA. The kit is a high-specificity reagent system that delivers sensitive and reproducible results. The kit elongates miRNAs in a polyadenylation reaction and then reverse transcribes the polyadenylated RNA into QPCR-ready cDNA.
The reagents provided enable the synthesis of first-strand cDNA from the tailed miRNAs. In addition, the master mix contains all of the necessary enzymes, dyes (including EvaGreen Dye), and reagents to carry out accurate qRT-PCR detection of microRNA.
