The Solids Autosampler is designed to enhance the productivity and capabilities of your UMS and UMA. Measure up to 32, 1-inch samples in a single run, or profile large samples (up to 8 inches) for coating uniformity at a spatial resolution down to 2mm x 2mm. The Solids Autosampler is the ideal accessory for both research and QA/QC analysis of advanced materials including thin films, coatings, optics, glass and solar.
