Liquid Permanent Red (LPR) Substrate-Chromogen offers ease of use and is intended for use in immunohistochemical staining methods where alkaline phosphatase is the enzyme label. LPR forms a permanent red reaction product at the site of the target antigen, which can be visualized with standard brightfield microscopy. Coverslip with permanent or aqueous mounting media.
