Agilent Low Input Quick Amp Labeling Kits provide a fast, patented protocol to reliably amplify and label target RNA to generate cRNA (Cy3- or/and Cy5) for oligo microarrays used in gene expression profiling. The kits require only one round of amplification and can start from as low as 10 ng total RNA.
Several kit formats are available, including one- and two-color kits, plus Cy5 dye and no dye kits. Availability of multiple kits and protocols allows researchers to choose the experimental design without any technology limitations as in other platforms. Learn more.
