ERCC Spike-In Control Transcripts Provides Confidence in Agilent Microarray and RNA-Seq Gene Expression Data
Data generated by the Sequencing Quality Control Consortium (SEQC) has shown that RNA-Seq and microarray-based gene expression models are comparable in clinical endpoint prediction performance.
