CD38

Anti-human CD38 antibodies. These single-color reagents are of value to the study of plasma cells, early B and T cell lineages, and on activated B and T cells.

CD38 expression is found during early stages of B and T-cell differentiation, is lacking during the later intermediate stages, and is regained near the end of maturation. CD38 is expressed at variable levels on the majority of haematopoietic cells, prevalently during early differentiation and activation, and it is expressed strongly on plasma cells
