CD20
The CD20 molecule is involved in regulation of B cell activation, proliferation and differentiation. The CD20 antigen is expressed early during pre-B cell development, presumably just before the expression of cytoplasmic -chains, and it persists until plasma cell differentiation. The CD20 antigen is expressed in acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, hairy cell leukaemia and Burkitts lymphoma.
