SurePrint G3 CGH & CGH+SNP Microarrays
The Agilent Human CGH and CGH+SNP Microarray offerings are dual-color microarrays containing 60-mer high quality probes. These are high-resolution tools for genome-wide DNA copy number variation profiling, and +SNP option to capture copy-neutral loss of heterozygosity (cnLOH), without amplification or complexity reduction.
For CGH-only arrays, options exist for genome-wide median probe spacing of 43kb, 41kb, 13kb, 5.3kb or 2.1kb (design size 44K, 60K, 180K, 400K and 1M respectively). And all designs have enhanced coverage on known genes, promoters, miRNAs, PAR, and telomeric regions. And the CGH+SNP 400K array is designed with 7.2 KB overall median probe spacing and enhanced coverage on known genes, promoters, miRNAs, PAR and telomeric regions. Each CGH+SNP microarray includes 292,097 (CGH) and 119,091 (SNP) distinct biological features.
