Custom CGH & CGH+SNP Microarrays
Our human probe database contains over 28 million predesigned, in silico-validated human CGH and SNP probes. The probes span exonic, intronic, intergenic, CNV, pseudoautosomal, and segmented duplication DNA regions. Probes are optimized for enhanced sensitivity, enabling streamlined creation of CGH and CGH+SNP microarrays.
- Custom CGH & CGH+SNP Microarrays
Product Details
- Custom arrays are available in a variety of formats, allowing to run from 1 to 24 independent samples per slide based on desired thoughput.
- Custom arrays can be provided in both HD and G3 format, the two formats have different feature size: HD 60um, G3 30um.
- SureDesign provides the ability to create fully customized content uploading your own pre-designed probes or choose from predefined content.
- There is no minimum order requirement. Order just one and scale up based on your research needs, limiting validation costs.
- Creation of human CGH and CGH+SNP is streamlined thanks to the acess to a database of more than 28 million predesigned, in silico-validated human CGH probes.
- Available SureDesign probes span exonic, intronic, intergenic, CNV, pseudoautosomal, and segmented duplication DNA regions. The system also contains human SNP probes for ~100,000 SNPs.
- Probe design and selection have been carefully optimized and validated for maximum sensitivity and specificity.
- SureDesign allows you to create custom arrays for human, rat and mouse samples. For other species please contact our tech support.
- All reagents are manufactured in an ISO 13485 certified facility for ensured compliance
