Seahorse XF Real-Time ATP Rate Assay Report Generators
The Agilent Seahorse XF Real-Time ATP rate assay report generator is an offline data analysis software for the Agilent Seahorse XF Real-Time ATP rate assay.
This report generator automatically converts experimentally derived oxygen consumption rate (OCR) and extracellular acidification rate (ECAR) data into total ATP production rates, and pathway-specific mitoATP and glycoATP production rates, thereby transforming the raw kinetic data into powerful summary reports that simplify data analysis and interpretation.
The report generator is only compatible with the Agilent Seahorse XFe24 V7 microplate (part number 100777-004) and XFp miniplate (103022-100). It is not compatible with other Agilent Seahorse microplates. For data analysis with incompatible Seahorse microplates, please use the cloud-based Seahorse Analytics.
