RNA ScreenTape assay
RNA ScreenTape Analysis
For objective evaluation of RNA degradation, the RNA Integrity Number equivalent (RINe) serves as the ideal quality control (QC) metric in NGS workflows.
The ScreenTape assays are compatible with all TapeStation instruments.
Note: Some products within this assay contain SYBR™ Gold, which is licensed from Life Technologies Corporation for use in research and development only. SYBR™ is a registered trademark of Life Technologies Corporation.

Product Details
- Utilize the RINe for accurate and objective assessment of eukaryotic or prokaryotic total RNA integrity (such as for input sample QC in RNA-Seq, microarray analysis, and quantitative RT-PCR workflows).
- Quantify RNA concentration from 25 to 500 ng/µL for reliable measurement.
- Obtain data in approximately 1 minute per sample for fast time to results.
- Use only 1 µL of sample to reduce sample consumption.
- Benefit from ready-to-use ScreenTape devices, prepackaged reagents, and automated data analysis to perform your QC quickly and easily.
- Use single lanes and individual loading tips to prevent cross contamination and sample carryover.
- Save partially used ScreenTape devices for completion at a later point in time to enable full sample scalability with constant cost-per-sample.
