- Low sample input - A sample input of only 2 µL at very small concentrations minimizes the sample needed for NGS library QC, allowing the conservation of precious sample volumes for downstream sequencing analysis
- Smear analysis - ProSize data analysis software is used to calculate the precise molarity of an NGS library, leading to more efficient flow cell loading and optimal sequencing data
- Reliable quantification - Accurate and precise quantification of DNA smears up to 250 pg/µl
