Assay data can be exported from Wave Controller and Wave Desktop using the "Save as" function in the upper left corner of the software window. Click the down arrow next to "Save" and select "Save As…". Once the Save As window appears, select the type of file using the "Save as Type" drop down menu beneath the file name.
