Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) today announced that it has been certified as a 2022 Great Place to Work in Malaysia by the independent research firm Great Place to Work, a global authority on workplace culture. The annual certification was based on a survey of more than 200,000 employees in 200 companies across the Asia-Pacific region.
Agilent Malaysia was recognized for its high-trust and high-performance culture encompassing fairness, credibility, respect, pride, and camaraderie. The firm’s latest survey results found that 88% of Agilent employees in Malaysia said the company has top credibility, compared to a benchmark of 85% of employees at a typical company in Asia.
For a first-year entry, Agilent outperformed the competition in Trust Index® with its unique culture, robust professional development, and commitment to employee recognition and appreciation. Over the years, the company was also awarded by the Malaysia Employee Federation in supporting local labor law and developing talent.
