Agilent Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: A) today announced it has been selected as a “Best Workplace™ in Asia” by the Great Place to Work® (GPTW) Institute. The company qualified for recognition in the category of “best multinational workplaces in Asia” and is ranked sixth overall.

More than 2.2 million employees across eight Asian nations participated in the GPTW surveys used to develop the most recent Best Workplace rankings. Late last year Agilent was named a Top Workplace in China, received certification as a Best Workplace for Women in China and was selected as a Top 10 Best Workplace in Singapore. In March, Agilent’s India team received certification from GPTW as a Great Place to Work. In addition to several other workplace diversity and employer awards from other organizations in the last year, the company was also selected by GPTW as a Best Workplace in Germany and Spain.

The Best Workplaces list for Asia recognizes companies in three categories: small and medium (20 – 499 employees); large (500+); and multinational.
