Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) today announced that the company’s ability to help laboratories comply with government regulations has been ranked second to none in a global survey.
Cell Associates conducted a survey for Agilent Technologies to the readers of LCGC, the leading magazine of separation science. Agilent was ranked No. 1 in laboratory compliance services for analytical instrument qualification and computer software validation.
“These results are truly gratifying and validate our dedication to delivering customer-centric solutions that quickly respond to changing regulatory requirements,” said David Heiger, Laboratory Enterprise Division, Senior Marketing Director, Agilent.
David pointed out a key example of how that dedication took shape in 2019: The redeveloped Agilent Cary 3500 UV-Visible spectrophotometer qualification plan.
“We released the plan ahead of new general chapter requirements becoming effective in Europe and the United States, giving laboratories confidence that their instruments will remain compliant,” he said.
What’s more, the new Cary 3500 UV-Vis system was designed with unique simultaneous scanning capability and more technical controls built in.
Agilent has long recognized that data integrity—a central focus of the company’s compliance services—is a primary concern for laboratory managers and directors in markets subject to regulatory oversight.
