Agilent Technologies Announces Cash Dividend of 14.9 Cents per Share

SANTA CLARA, Calif., May 15, 2018

Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) today announced that a quarterly dividend of 14.9 cents per share of common stock will be paid on July 25, 2018, to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 3, 2018.

The timing and amounts of future dividends are subject to determination and approval by Agilent’s board.
